Opening hours 2026:
We are open daily from 28th March 2026 untill the 8th November 2026 from 9 am till 6 pm. Entrance until 4 pm.
Tickets
You can purchase a ticket in advance online (→ Online Shop) or you just purchase at the entrance. You don’t need to book a slot in advance.
Please note that we do not have a separate entrance for online tickets.

People with disabilities
Wheelchair users and people with walking disabilities can drive directly to the entrance via the supplier entrance (Vorderbrand 5). Please follow the “footpath signs.” Parking spaces are available directly at the park. Wheelchair users are welcome to enter the park via our restaurant. There are wheelchair-accessible toilets in the restaurant.
The park is located in a mountain forest, and we ask for your understanding that slopes and inclines are unavoidable in the mountain forest.
Baby changing room
A baby changing room and children's toilets can be found in the “Tischlein Deck Dich” restaurant and directly below the boat slides.
Nursing area
You are welcome to use the gallery in the “Tischlein Deck Dich” restaurant to nurse your babies. We also have an extra nursing room in the toilets under the boat slides.
Lockers
You will find lockers in the hallway next to the park toilets.
Lost-and-found
All lost property will be deposited at the park entrance.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in the park. The dog fee is €3 per dog.
However, please observe the following rules:
1. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the park (short leash, no retractable leash).
2. Dogs are not allowed on rides.
3. Dogs must not be left tied up without supervision.
4. The owner is liable for any damage caused by their dog.
Safety
Please observe the regulations on our information signs, especially for the Gipfelstürmer, Drachenritt, and Bootsrutschen rides and in the Rutschenparadies slide park. All facilities and play equipment are inspected annually by TÜV.
Payment
You can pay in the park with cash, debit or credit card.
Wi-Fi
In the park there is no mobile signal. However, free Wi-Fi is available at the entrance and in the park restaurant “Tischlein Deck Dich.”
Tip: Agree on a time and meeting point with friends before you arrive.
Meeting point
If your child gets lost, our staff will bring them to the entrance. Give your child a note with their full name and your cell phone number on it.
Children without an adult guardian
Children and young people visiting the Freizeitpark Ruhpolding without an adult guardian require a consent and liability declaration signed by their legal guardian. This must be handed in at the park entrance upon arrival. Park staff are not responsible for supervising children. Download the liability declaration
